Ticker Symbol Change for High Wire Networks
CEO Mark Porter Releases Statement About New Ticker Symbol HWNI
BATAVIA, Ill, Jan. 10, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) --
FINRA has formally approved our name change to High Wire Networks and ticker symbol change to HWNI, effective Monday, January 10. The CUSIP number will also change.
To some of our shareholders, High Wire Networks is an investment and to others, it’s a stock trade.
To some of our customers, High Wire is a vital element of their supply chain servicing their customers and keeping their businesses running and to others, we are the first line of defense for their businesses, protecting them from cyber risks every day of the year.
To some of our employees, High Wire Networks is a job, a mission to others, and somewhere in between for many.
To me, after more than 20 years of effort, this is the next step of the journey, the next chapter of the book, and a vital part of the plan to ensure that all the stakeholders participate in the long-term success of what many great people have built together over the years, and that we can continue to grow into something we are all proud of.
What we do: We take the complexity out of service delivery. Why we do it: To allow people to thrive and be the best versions of themselves.
As musician Bob Seger wrote, it’s time to “turn the page.”
