Global Energy Show ‘postponed’ amid rising COVID cases

Days before the Global Energy Show was set to kick off in Calgary, organizers have postponed the event for a second year.

“We know how important this show is to our global energy community, and we did not take this decision lightly,” said organizers in a statement. “Planning is underway for 2022 with themes and ideas to continue our mission of shaping the future of energy at North America's most important energy event.”

The 2022 Global Energy Show will now take place June 7-9, 2022 at the BMO Centre in Calgary. The event was also cancelled in 2020 due to the pandemic.
